I heart activeCollab…really I do, but those bastards haven’t released a new version since December ‘06 and I’m dyin over here. 1.0 is due out “at the end of the summer”, which apparently means September-ish. Until then I’ll just keep reading the teaser threads and crying myself to sleep.

Thank god for the open-source uber helpful coder geek world out there. I migrated my blog to a new host and in the process apparently seriously borked something. I couldn’t log into the admin (hence the lag time between posts) and nothing I tried helped. Finally I stumbled upon “Mark on Wordpress” who had a fix. It wasn’t the complete fix I needed, but it got me where I needed to be to fix the rest of it myself. Yay :)

Now to see if I can upgrade wp without breaking it again.

I’m going to start collecting these little bits of sarcastic joy…they make me smile.

Oh be still Jacks overactive sense of shame. “Blister in the Sun” is being used in a Wendy’s commercial…all things good and right in the world are being disembowled slowly while I watch them scream in commercialized agony. Oh the horror.
